Black exploits of police
My laborer father Tarun Singh Rajput was murdered by 14 people on 16 April, 2020. The killers are habitual criminals, Satori Billa Chauhan (Billa's betting upto Pakistan). Due to collusion with the police badge (Assistant Sub Inspector Arvind Kaurava and Sub Inspector R. N. Chauhan made false reports and wrong chargesheet to save the goons from punishment, this case was to save the killers after coming to the media. R. N. Chauhan made the chargesheet wrong, in our case a new investigation officer was appointed, he investigated and found 6 more criminals whom R. N. Chauhan was saving by making wrong chargesheet and Arvind Kaurav by making wrong FIR. But our case has already been weakened so much by R. N. Chauhan and Arvind Kaurava that murderers could escape
I am presenting the following evidence against the guilty police officers ---
1) The police are hiding the evidence of murder, the following evidence was not attached in the charge sheet to be presented in the court.
On 15 April 2020 we had called and informed about the threat of killing us. to Govindpura police station TI (Ashok Parihar) and Dial 100.
Application written by my father late Tarun Singh Rajput
had also not attached to the court's charge sheet. I had taken the receipt by handing it over to the police station in-charge ---
2) All the weapons were not seized from the killers by the police.
The police did not confiscate any weapons from the main culprits Akash, Aman, Raj, Tumma, Vicky, even after the statements of the weapons used by the complainant and witnesses.

2. b) Out of 14 murderers, 8 weapons were used by Akash, Aman, Raj, Tomma, Vicky, Deepak, Bhoora, Vishal (weapons used in the murder). It is clear from the statements of the complainants and witnesses, yet by only 3 assassins Deepak, Boora, Vishal, police seized weapons, and by 5 assassins Akash, Aman, Raj, Tomma, Vicky no weapons were seized.
Out of the 3 weapons seized (Deepak, Vishal, Boora), only the rod seized from Vishal was queried in which Dr. was asked whether these injuries are possible from this weapon.
Q: Why was the weapon seized from Deepak and Bhura not questioned by Dr?
And the weapons used in the murder from 5 murderers were not seized and their query was not done.

3. ) Police negligence
8 april 2020 14-year-old Krishna's head torn by goons was knocked down at 12:30 pm When we reached to report Ram Sanjeevan "drove away the ABUSED of Madarachod" to the injured Krishna's mother Lalita, standing outside Thane for 2 hours The blood dried up, after a lot of efforts, the report was written even though section 307 was not imposed.

3.B) One day before the incident, on 15 April 2020, TI police station and 100 Dial were informed about the threat of killing us. And had requested to take appropriate action against the threatening goons, yet no action was taken by Govindpura police station TI and 100 Dial.
3. C) the complain loged by lalita rajput was registered false ( in favour of accused) by arvind kaurava (proofs => STATMENT, MEDICAL REPORTS, MULTIPLE INJURIES, APPLICATION to TI and SP)
it was a planned murder by 14 people , yet only 6 names were written in the report.
8 murderers used weapons (in killing) 8 murderers had weapons in their hands, yet the report showed only one road.
The injuries to the complainant Lalita, Neha, Krishna were not written in the FIR
Section 307 was not imposed even after seeing the serious condition of injured Tarun Singh.
Lalita, who was injured in the attack, was seated in Thane for about 3 hours. After a lot of efforts, the report was recorded that too was recorded false , at about 12:30 the injuried applicant lalita reached Thane to file the report immediately after the incident, but the report was written at 3:55 pm.
In order to save the killers, Arvind Kaurava wrote from his mind that at the time of the incident, the killers used to go and said that if you report now, then we will kill you even though nothing has been said like that .they came at that time with a plan to kill .

We have the following evidence to prove that the report has been filed incorrectly. -

sp South was informed that Arvind Kaurav had wrongly filed the report
How will we get right justice based on the wrong report written by ASI Arvind Kaurava?
Notice of wrong report was given to TI police station, Govindpura and SP South, after which the written copy of what action was taken on Arvind Kaurava should be provided to Lalitha Rajput and a copy should be given in the notice of the court (chargesheet).
3. D) R. N. Chauhan has made every effort to save (from punishment) the killers as follows. -
1. > RN CHOUHAAN were avoiding TO TAKE the statements of witnesses, we also did Complain of this to cm helpline.
After a long time, the statements recorded were also wrong! The words were twisted and written in favor of the killers.
R. N. Chauhan wrote in favor of the killers by distorting the statements of witnesses.

2 . > In the chargesheet presented in the court, false facts (which are in favor of the killers) were written
Independent witnesses Sunita Amaliyar and Mohani Bai were told to be our relatives in the chargesheet to reduce the impact of their (witnesses) statements.
While Sunita Amaliyar is not even of our society, how did we become relatives.
And Mohini Bai is only our neighbor, we have no relationship with them.
3.> relatives and workers of the murderers have been made indipendent witness by police
"There was no one except them, this is my statement" This line was written in the statements of all the 5 witnesses by RN chouhaan itself to save the 8 murderers whose name is not written in FIR by arvind kourav
Medical was not attached to the chargesheet even after the minor Krishna was beheaded, the killer Tomma was put in his medical chargesheet even if there was no injury.
5. > This is a planned murder. Before the incident took place, police had been informed by phone from the family of the deceased. Even then no appropriate action was taken. And even RN chouhaan did not imposed 307 on murderers in chargesheet prepared y him .
6. > Complaint, statements of witnesses, medical reports, P. M. It is clear from the reports, injuries that 8 murderers had weapons in their hands.
Still No weapons were confiscated by R.N. Chauhan from assassins, Akash, Aman, Raj, Tomma.
7. > R. N. Chauhan has not queried any weapon from Dr.
8. > R. N. Chauhan was ready to present the chargesheet made by him in favour of accused at the right time, a day before the chargesheet was to be presented we went to SP and showed him evidences against the accused whom RN Chouhaan was saving , then by order of SP South , R N Chauhan had to continue deliberations in 173 (8).
In additional chargesheet, facts, accused, evidence, statements have also come to light, which R. N. Chauhan was hiding in his investigation.
R. N. Chouhan Illegal attempts to save the killers, What actions had taken on R.N. Chouhan? A copy of written action taken on him should be provided to us and a copy of this must be attached to the Chargesheet. (also attached to the court).
4.) The habitual Criminal Veer Singh Chouhan alias Billa does illegal BETTING upto PAKISTAN. Crime Branch took action, and says police is ZERO in-front of Criminal Billa!

An application was taken against Billa and his goons after lots o efforts and with much difficulty, on which no action was taken.
After the murder of my father, we were also in danger of life, so we filed an application against Billa and his goons, even after taking the application, the police did not take any action
As a result, we were driven away from home after being attacked by goons at midnight.
When we arrived to inform the police about the midnight attack, an attempt was made to drive us away. RN. Chauhan made us to sat in police station for 3 hours, I called the Human Rights Commission (Sandeep garg sir) he forced RN chouhaa to accept our application then he took.
